Helen is a caring, thoughtful, reliable and courteous Travel agent.
She always has your best interest and concerns at a priority.
She has a pleasing personality and is thorough at making all arrangements for you
She always follows up with a phone call or email if you have any concerns.
We wouldn't look for another agent or company
She makes us feel like family

Helen is extremely knowledgeable about the travel world and very customer oriented; always willing to help in any way possible. She took care of all details of our trips; initial booking with Viking, airline tickets, money exchange, suggesting things to see and do, travel insurance and more. Throughout the entire process Helen kept us apprised of any issues and was always available to answer our questions or to just chat. She is a true pleasure to work with!

Helen was great. She had great suggestions for the cruise cabin selection and airline flights. She answered all of our questions promptly. And when the cruise was extended a day due to weather, she did an incredible job getting us a new flight home. In fact we were the first ones on our trip that were successfully rebooked. We would highly recommend her.

Helen has been so helpful. She booked out trip to Japan last year so we went to her again, this time not knowing where we wanted to go. She made some great suggestions including Italy so we took her word for it and booked our trip. She booked us with Monograms which made our visit even more stress-free. She also recommended some extra tours which we loved.
